Lynn P. Woinarowicz

Lynn P. Woinarowicz, age 55 of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Altru Hospital of Grand Forks, ND.

Lynn P. Woinarowicz was born April 22, 1966 in Grafton, ND the son of the late Roman and Eloise (Wesolowski) Woinarowicz. He graduated from Grafton High School and attended Mayville State University for one year. Following his education he moved to Grand Forks where he worked for Comfort Inn and UND. In 2006 Lynn’s health forced him to move to Valley Eldercare where he has lived since.

Lynn loved music and even wrote some of his own songs, he was a movie buff and enjoyed history. Lynn loved Jesus and had a very strong faith. He served as Past President of the Resident Council at Valley Eldercare. He enjoyed his relationships with all the people he knew there. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the staff at Valley Eldercare for the many years of faithful service to Lynn.

Lynn is survived by his siblings: Mark (Tammy) Woinarowicz, Spring Creek, NV; Rachel (Barry) Lund, Mount Washington, KY; Becky (Ken) Wilson, Castle Rock, CO; Denise Henriksen, Caledonia, ND; Kelly Woinarowicz, Grand Forks, ND; Roman (Cheryll) Woinarowicz, Oslo, MN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June, 29, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Grafton, ND. Visitation will be Tuesday for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
