Constance "Connie" Suzette Hodny

Constance “Connie” Hodny, 58, of Grand Forks, ND and formerly of Grafton, ND passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
Constance Suzette Hodny was born March 19, 1961 in Grafton, ND the daughter of Jacob and Marjorie (Soukup) Hodny. She was raised in Grafton and graduated from Grafton High School. She went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Dakota and a Masters of Business Administration from North Dakota State University. Presently Connie was employed as an investigator with Child Services for the state of North Dakota. Connie met Kevin Bolek and they spent 15 years together as a couple.
Connie enjoyed reading, travelling, cooking and being with her friends. Most of all, she loved going to Grafton to spend time with her mother. She took great pride in her profession, her work and loved the Catholic Faith.
She is survived by Kevin Bolek, Minto, ND; her sisters, Marggy (Marlen) Quern, Alexandria, MN and Jacqueline (Brad) Dolan, Plymouth, MN; a niece and goddaughter, Nicole Dolan; a nephew, Jacob Dolan; her friends; colleagues and her beloved dog, Charlie.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial Liturgy: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
Family Greeting: One hour prior to the liturgy in the funeral home on Wednesday.
Interment: 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery, Bechyne, ND.
