Thomas Langley

Thomas Langley, age 76 of Park River, ND passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Park River Good Samaritan Center.
Thomas P. Langley was born July 29, 1948, in Davison, MI, the son of the late Paul and Leona (Smazik) Langley. Thomas moved to Park River, ND around the age of 8 to live with his late Uncle and Aunt Jerry and Mildred Smazik following the deaths of his parents. He attended school in Park River. Thomas was united in marriage to the late Connie Aabrekke on June 12, 1989, in Grafton, ND. The couple made their home in Park River where they raised their children. He worked as a mechanic for many years and drove truck for Simplot in Grafton until retiring in 2010.  
He enjoyed working on cars and tinkering.  
Tom is survived by his children: Kayla (Aaron) Splawn, Burleson, TX and Michael (Meghan) Langley, East Bethel, MN; grandchildren: Scarlett Langley, Coralie Langley, Vaeda Langley, and Leland Langley all of East Bethel, MN; Siblings: Gerald (Dolores) Langley, Fort Wayne, IN; several nieces and nephews also survive. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Connie Langley, parents, grandparents and special aunt and uncle Jerry and Mildred Smazik.
Memorial services will be Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River.  Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at the Calvary Cemetery of Park River in the spring.
