Linda Fay Bogert

Linda Fay Bogert, age 74 of Grafton, ND, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024 at the First Care Health Center of Park River.
Linda Swenson was born June 23, 1950 in Bagley, Minnesota, the daughter of the late Oliver and Edith (Lietz) Swenson.  She grew up and attended school in Bagley.  She was united in marriage to Warren Bogert Sr. on November 19, 1966 in Roy Lake, Minnesota.  The couple made their home in Grafton, ND where she worked at the Developmental Center for 27 ½ years.
She was a member of the Grafton Lutheran Church.  She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, camping and fishing.  She loved to cook and bake for family and friends.  She was known for her breads, donuts and cookies.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed dearly.
Linda is survived by her husband Warren, Grafton, ND; sons: Warren (Susan) Bogert Jr., Stanley, ND and Oliver Bogert, Grafton, ND; grandchildren: Alex (Ashley Cull) Bogert, Sherokee (Jakson) Knutson, Madison Bogert, and Eric Bogert; great granddaughter Calliope Knutson; sisters: Joyce Meyers, Minnetonka, MN and Pearl Beck, Bagley, MN; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughters MacKenzie and Genevieve Bogert; and siblings: Florence Umphrey, Olga Wenneson, Edith “Sis” Campbell, Carl Swenson, Oliver Duane Swenson, John Swenson and Peter Swenson.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Grafton Lutheran Church.  Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church.  Inurnment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery of Park River.  The funeral service will be livestreamed on the Tollefson Funeral Home Website.
